Welcome to Aymerich Golf Club

Magnificent views of the Benalmádena coastline make Aymerich Golf Centre a pleasure to play at. A pitch and putt par-3 course with nine holes, Aymerich caters well for experienced golfers who want to improve their short game and beginners who find the Costa del Sol’s larger courses a little daunting or don’t feel ready to compete alongside more advanced golfers.

The course, which opened in 2005, was designed by Marco Martin and Blake Stirling of the Global Golf Company and offers an array of good Facilities. There are 48 tees, 24 of which are covered, as well as a putting green, practice bunker and flood-lit driving range for those who fancy an evening round.

Valero Texas Open 2016

The Valero Texas Open, the 6th oldest professional golf tournament, astounded people around the world with Charley Hoffman, who brought home the title as this year’s champion as he birdied his 72nd hole, bringing Patrick Reed in 2nd place. The tournament lasted from April 21-24, 2016. It was held at San Antonio, Texas that has been the home of the tournament since its start in 1922. On April 21, the event had a rough start due to unexpected inclement weather that caused the first round of the tournament to be suspended. Brendan Steele managed to start with a notable eight under par through 13 holes. He was followed by Charley Hoffman with six-under 66. 2016 Annual Charity Golf Tournament

The annual charity golf tournament which was held at Lionhead Golf Club and Conference Center last year raised a record two hundred and seventy-five thousand dollars that were donated to children in the Great Toronto Area. A record of five hundred and thirty-six golfers participated in this tournament. Following the success of last year, this year’s tournament will be held in Lionhead Golf club again and will take place starting the twenty-first of June. The champion of each year gets to choose a foundation to which all the money raised from the tournament goes to and this, of course, will happen again this year as well like last year. The gallery of last year is even available on the tournament’s website. The registration for this year’s tournament is expected to open soon.
